It would have been ok except 2 things: 1.Right outside the entrance to our room, the housekeepers repeatedly left their cleaning carts, and there were huge piles of hotel trash there, repeatedly. 2.breakfast had canned fruit salad in April, in California . Go to any store and buy some fresh fruit and cut it up! And should provide dairy and plant -based milk for coffee, not Coffee-Mate!
I only took pics after they’d moved some of the trash and cleaning supplies. Should offer partial refund for garbage view room.

The location is great but the hotel is in need of new carpets and a fresh coat of paint. You’re so close to very nice stores and restaurants and it’s odd the an investment hasn’t been made to rise to the level of its surroundings. We will not be back.

Had to pay 250$ as a deposit. Parking was 20$/night. I stayed 2 nights. When deposit was returned I was charged 44.88$ on the card!! Parking at this place should be free. It is not downtown Manhattan! Our room was on the back side of the property with a metro we could hear everytime it passed our room. Breakfast was under average to similar propertys.
