Not only did they get us into our rooms way before standard check in, but invited us to enjoy a snack or cappuccino from the breakfast area. The hotel is in a very nice, quiet, safe location. It is within walking distance to most major attractions (If you don’t mind waking a bit; great way to see the city). The staff is friendly. Breakfast offers many yummy choices. The building is very well maintained, clean, and beds are comfortable. The room I was in could use some minor upkeeps, like wallpaper loose in some spots, phone hanging crooked on the wall, etc., but no real major issues. Overall it is a great place!
