The property itself was nice and we enjoyed the ability to swim at its beach. Unfortunately the service was poor - it was challenging to get room service or have someone come pick up our dishes when they said they would. At check-in, they did not provide us with the bottle of wine that was included with our hotels.com booking. We called and asked for it, the front desk said they’d said it up, but they never did. The views at the property were great (lots of whale sightings) and great sunsets, but as with most all inclusives the food was just not great.
