Lovely big room, was nice & warm & very clean. Shower was ok, would have preferred it to be more powerful. Bed comfortable. Stunning views out of the front of hotel to River Dee. Hotel was lovely, several different areas to eat & drink & liked the coal fires. Meals were really nice, service at the evening meals not so good though. Otherwise staff were very friendly & helpful. What a lovely place to stay! From the roaring fire in the restaurant and bar , to the very friendly staff , Keira , Dee and Kyle to name a few. The style of the hotel was very much to our liking , room was very clean and spacious with a great view of the river. The bath was great and nice a warm shower. We enjoyed the 1st day so much we decided to extend our trip and stay for a further night. Thanks once again to all the staff , we will definitely be back . Andy B
