Nice hotel with a spa. The only negative was that the rooms with windows were without air con. It would have been miserable in +28C heatwave if not been able to change into room without a window (and those are only few). Helpful reception customer service was much appreciated!

Staff was nice and polite and the beds were quite comfy. The hotel itself is old and in a need of renovation. The room was stuffy and smelled of cigarettes. The sink in the bathroom was cracked and there was water on the shower floor when we came to the room the first time even though we had a really late check-in. They don't have a/c, only fans so the room was like a sauna. Also the remote control in the room didn't work for the tv. We wouldn't mind these small issues, but the price was for like 3 star hotel - but actually it is like 1.5-2 stars

Stay away from this property

I would not recommend anyone to stay here. Rather obnoxious staff, no information at point of booking that hotel lacks AC. My room was 25 degrees and windows locked so can only open a small crack. The windows were locked and staff not willing to unlock them as they see it as a risk and have a policy to declare their guests incapable of staying safe in a room with open windows. Totally crazy policy, no willingness to help by staff and I cancelled my Elite frequent customer account. Never staying with Elite again. A joke of a hotel chain and sad that I am made to feel like a 12 year old when I stayed there. Never felt like that with Strawberry, Hilton or Best Western. Would have been an easy fix but judging by previous reviews, this is not the first time.

Först, läget är mycket bra! Personalen är mycket bra! Men, Hotellet har definitivt utmaningar, behöver renoveras till normal standard. 1900 talet ringde och ville ha tillbaka vägg anslutna telefonen och inredning som rent arbetsfientligt , vem kan bo och leva utan skrivbord…? Arbete, arbete kräver att kunna sitta med laptop och telefon…? Toaletten mycket slitet så det går inte att hålla rent, stark urin doft. Nu det positiva, frukosten har stor variation och kvalitet. Personalen finns nära för att hjälpa när det behövs, service och renhet var bra trots mycket folk.
