We went to check in and this area was not safe. There were unsightly characters hanging all around the entrance. I tried to cancel my reservation and rebook on another site thru Hotels .com and this sight said I had no bookings scheduled. Ai had no solution for me since they had no record of my reservation. The bed was very hard, the way the toilet is set up is horrible. The floors were very dirty. The hot water for the shower kept going hot and then cold. You have to pay $15 a night for parking which is absurd!
