I stayed there twice recently and the first time I didn’t really have to many complaints besides it didn’t seem to clean. But the 2nd time I was on the side facing mc Donald’s this time and there was roaches as other people mentioned. I was totally disgusted tbh and put all my stuff back in the car and just prayed for the best since I was there for one night. I thought I was seeing things at first and then I saw another one crawl right under the floor board and then every once in a while another would pop out and I had a female guest with me that was ready go smh

I didn't realize it was a place for homeless people and drug addicts nothing against them, but I didn't feel safe. The place was filthy, but I didn't have anywhere else to go so I stood there. I asked for a different room and the rooms lock was broke and there were homeless people sleeping in the car the whole time I was there Park right next to my car.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! And they still have the NERVE to try and charge so much money to stay in this cesspool. Im all for cheap hotels and understand you get what you pay for. But even when I brought it up to the office clerk, no apology, no refund, just blank stares with a crooked smile. Hotels.com should not be booking rooms for this location! If they were smart, they would drop this hotel from their site!!!!!!!!!

Room was clean. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Safe and quiet. Close to great places to eat and Wawa close by too. There are two dispenseries if you are into that sort of thing. Linens and towels refreshed on a daily basis as well. No problem with having my ESA. Laundry and vending available as well. Only one item that needs improvement, ice machine out of order.

The rooms need to be better and cleaner. When i was leaving, they were painting the hallways outside but for what? The rooms are what need redoing more than anything.... inside from the powder room leading into the bathroom there is a step that you can't see. I tripped over it so many times and almost i jured my head. 1 day someone will injure them selves badly this way and have a suit against this hotel.

The rooms are always clean. The staff here is friendly and professional. They allow me to have my Emotional Support dog. Very close to places to eat ie Applebee's, Chili's McDonald's and close to Wawa too. The only negative is the ice machine is broken. Washing machine and dryer are available as well.

Only good thing was a cheap price, the pucture on you website showed a very nice place. The door to the room would stick, the faucet on the sink was galling apart, the toilet seat was roke, the 2 pillows provided were thin and uncomfortable, had to run the hot water 15 minutes to get wart water, the remotes did not work, cigarette buts everywhere outside, the color of the walls were dark purple. It was the worst hotel i ever stayed in. Expedia had it rayed at 4.2, it was barely a 1 star, what was shown by the expedia app was nlt e e close to what this place was, if i could have aforded it i would have left there and gone somewhere else and forgot about the money i paid to stay there, if they hadnt soaked me for the money of this place i could have gone somewhere else.

It is a very outdated hotel in need of total renovation. Broken door in the bathroom did not close. Bathtub had mildew. Non-smoking room had a heavy smoke smell. The hooks and the shelves were broken. The floor was dirty. The linens had stains. One of the worse hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
