The location of the hotel is great. Walkable to 5th Ave. Bikes to ride to the beach or shopping. Shuttle to take you to and from the beach. Chairs and umbrellas as well. They ran out of bath towels during our stay. They should probably source more. We used the pool towels for two days. Other than that the staff was friendly and the location excellent.

Great location, clean rooms, free breakfast included (decent selection with hot items), kind staff, free shuttle to beach with beach chairs and umbrella. We also got late checkout at noon which helped us a lot the day of our departure. I would definitely stay again! Minor setbacks were: front desk didn’t always have someone present (they were in the back office or elsewhere), pool/beach towels unavailable, we had no bath towels on the first day (had to call front desk twice), no water in room second day, only 2 towels (for 3 guests) on day 3. Again, minor stuff that was resolved with a call to front desk. Oh! And just one elevator for 3 floors and 60 rooms plus housekeeping seems insufficient but not a deal breaker.

The best thing about the hotel was its location, and it was really comfortable and high-quality. The room and staff were both excellent. I'd either get rid of breakfast or improve it—it's pretty bad. Another negative: the hotel hits you with a charge of over $88 for services I didn't even need. When it comes to recommending it, I'd have to think twice. I think there are better options out there.
