Our stay was wonderful....the concierge was very helpful and recommended a great restaurant SAKS down the streeet with a cuban jazz group who were great as was the food....enjoyed Lilou restaurant....the Palm was overrated and a disappointment ...otherwise no complaints and view from room of park was awesome

Great location in beautiful Polanco area. Lots of restaurants and shops. Service was exceptional. Especially concierge, Leonel Garcia and Andros were very efficient in communicating with me on whats app and in person. They booked restaurants and shows that were difficult for me to do. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants to choose from in the hotel. Defintely recommend and will stay here again.

Absolutely amazing experience at the Presidente Intercontenintal. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, our room was super clean and perfect with an amazing view of the city. The hotel concierge was extremely helpful in suggesting places to go and things to do and even helped us book several tours throughout our stay and made our first trip to Mexico City very memorable. The location is perfect, within walking distance of Chapultepec Park and several museums and other sites. Would highly recommend this hotel.
