The room we had was in their annexe. No real problem just 2 flights up but there was a lift if required albeit quite tight inside. Rooms cleaned daily and well stocked as required. We used our own but it was there if required. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs and frankfurter sausages for hot. Plenty of variety for cold meats, boiled eggs, cereals, yogurt, machine coffee and hot water for tea. Plenty of cakes. There are many restaurants in the area including recommended by the hotel, Strada Romana just round the corner. For cheaper local pizzeria was Del Secolo, massive choice, freshly made, excellent prices and a really friendly young lady serving who couldn't do enough for us. Termini railway station is a max of 15 min walk away. Once you get your bearings it can be done in 10 mins providing you only have hand luggage. All in all great value for money. Would recommend this hotel.

A really nice hotel in a lovely old building with the bonus of a good location. Convenient to Rome Termini station, where you can get metro, sightseeing buses and taxis. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and value for money. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had rooms in a separate part of the building but this was not an issue.

The service by staff at this hotel was exceptionally good. There was a woman at the front desk who gave me advice on where to go and how to get there each morning. Housekeeping did a great job. My room was nicely laid out with wood paneling and artwork. The bathroom is very clean and the shower worked perfectly. There is a grocery store just a block away and many options for laundry in the immediate vicinity. The area seems quite safe yet it's not far from the train station. This is truly a good option if you're thinking spending any time in Rome.
