Worst hotel

This is the worst hotel ever we will be visited all over we found cockroaches and dirty things no more no tissues are provided during our Friday visit and there are like all the used thing was there inside the rooms there were there were no room service for like 5 days also there was no proper proper breakfast provided. The laundry room area would be very bad in shape like all over the water is leaking and the vending machine was broken.

Don't recommend

The customer service is fairly poor. I went to my room and the AC did not work. Made a complaint and the person at the front desk walked off to look at it and went to the wrong room. I had to wait for him to come back and show him where I was staying and he had got it to work. The floor is very dirty. I don't know when the last time the floor was mopped. The mattress does not fit on the frame which creeks with the slightest movement. I've stayed at a few low budget hotels, but there is no reason why there is no clock, phone, or coffee maker in the room. I had to wait 15 minutes to check out due to there being no one in the lobby.

I would like a refund Got there between 12 and 1 am. My room was full of cockroaches, they were literally crawling one and ny family and coming out of the bed and blankets. When i asked to speak to someone about a refund i was told there was no manager on duty and to comeback on monday

Good option in the Disneyworld / West Kissimmee Area, hotel recently renovated, spacious rooms, good service, includes continental breakfast. Staff is nice and helpful, plenty of food options around, for both restaurants and buying groceries.

It was a cool relaxing spot to rest and chill. Great location. Great Staff. Only thing that wasn’t too good was the Wi-Fi due to the Direct TV being unavailable. I’d come back for a quick stay but definitely need to have the Direct TV fixed by then.

The good part was anything you asked of the staff, they were very helpful. The poor part was TV didn’t work properly had to ask for towels and had to take our own garbage out. Even for the price you shouldn’t have to do that stuff yourself.
