They didn't honor our reservation and we advised of late check in! My 13 years old and me had to go to the Emerald Inn and suites across the streets. Which was gracious enough to accommodated us. Was not good for children or clean, and TV remote was broken, nice patch in the roof! Great potential if they do the work. New update bring a very clean towel and a bacteria kit start checking A/C. It is not your house nor do you have friends. When your stay ends leave if you don't get the receipt make sure it is on a trackable payment source! Email copy to family, yourself, company you booked from. Safety first be ready for anything!

This hotel is terrible first off the picture of the rooms on the website does not reflect what the rooms actually look it false advertising at its best to get you to send your money. My first room was horrible dirty shets, pillow cases, broken furniture drawers hanging from the nightstands and the mirror that was supposed to be on the wall wasn't no couch fridge don't work just a hot mess. I was giving another room after leaving a bad review which was fine the room was a little better so I thought at first it at least looked better, but the bedding was dirty they left dirty towels and rags for me to use and they have roaches. I only stayed because I was moving into my apartment and I had already put my money down so I was kinda stuck which sucked but I made a way I was barely there since I work so that was a blessing. They kicked me out the day before I was moving into my apartment because I was telling people not to book there if I seen them outside in my passing and the front desk chick that's built bad overheard me and caught an attitude but instead of being upset just clean this filthy place and stop posting pics of rooms that do not reflect what the actual rooms are like again false advertising at its best smh .... I posted pictures of my experience glad I'm in my own space now because that week there was horrible.

From the moment I walked into this America’s Best Inn location near FM 1960 and I-45 in North Houston, the experience was terrible. The front desk employee was rude, short, and dismissive. I specifically told her I did not want a room on the ground floor. She said she would move me to a higher floor and told me to check the room and come back if I didn’t like it. She placed me on the third floor. When I entered the room, it was immediately clear it was not up to standard. There were holes in the walls, and then I went into the bathroom and found roaches crawling on the sink. I took a moment to stay calm because this was extremely upsetting. I attempted to call the front desk, but the phone in the room did not work. I stepped out to gather my belongings and returned to the front desk to request a refund due to the roaches and the condition of the room. Instead of apologizing, the employee blamed me, saying she had told me to “check the room.” She then said she could move me to the second floor, which made no sense since she had already placed me on the third floor. If she knew the room was not acceptable, I should never have been placed there in the first place. I would have rather stayed on the ground floor than in an infested room. I remained calm throughout the interaction, but the employee became increasingly nasty and unprofessional. She eventually said she would refund my money because she “didn’t want to hear this.” I was refunded, only because she was over it

The rooms are not the best, I just moved out here from Philadelphia needed an affordable place to stay while I save to find an apartment and I must say I am not pleased at all with this place. The first room I was in the furniture was broken, no couch, there was hair on the TV stand so you could tell that it was not cleaned properly so I had to disinfect myself, the pillow cases were filthy the room just looked ran down and had a weird smell I was so uncomfortable, I put my blanket across the bed to just get some kind of rest. The next day I received a call from the hotel asking if I wanted another room I quickly said yes she then ask if I have a preference I said yes I prefer a smoking room she says all the smoking rooms look like the room I originally had smh just give me a non smoking room if it's going to be a better room but my biggest question is why does all the smoking rooms look run down with broken furniture just a hot mess. The next room is a little better but still not the best but the furniture is not all broken and trashy looking still no couch but I can get pass that so it's workable until I find something else in my budget price range can't pay for luxury right now while trying to get this apartment have to stay focused on the goals at hand. If your looking for affordable then here would seem like a good idea but if you're looking for something more within your comfortability level I suggest you look for something else .

It was dingy and not well kept at all. There were zero blankets and everything was well beyond its shelf life. Had the advertisement shower anything close to the real place, I would not have booked.
