Clean, great view, good maintenance. Rooms had very poor insulation making it difficult to get a good night sleep due to being very noisy from the room above and next door. Could hear people next door. Asked hotel to switch to the top floor but was told no rooms were available. Otherwise very nice hotel, great location and amenities.

Front desk staff could be more personable. I had a few eye rolls and blunt statements. I have stayed here a handful of times and not the first for this behavior. We also went to front desk for bedding for the pull out couch waa told they would have it delivered to the room and it never came. Other than that hotel is clean convenient and calet parkong was. Nice and that staff was polite.

When we went to check in, we walked up to the front desk and we had booked two suites to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday. When I gave my name, the front desk agent with no emotion told me that I had been downgraded and would only have one suite and one king room. She said that They are often overbooked because of third parties. Besides that, one morning, I was woken up really early to huge banging above me on the ceiling, so I called the front desk and asked nicely what was above my room and she told me that it was the fifth floor in a sarcastic voice they also brought the wrong bedding, The concierge or valet man didn’t empty my car. He stood there and watched my kids do it after I gave him a $20 tip and there was no coffee the second morning we were there. I would never go there again.

The $24 valet parking charge is a joke. I parked my own car along with the other 10 cars in the parking lot. It was never moved or needed to be moved. I handed my keys away and got them back in the morning for $24…sad

This is an older property well maintained. You can feel the history in its building. The room I had was a double queen and had a sitting room. It's nice not to have to sit on your bed to watch tv. There was a tv in both the sitting room and the bedroom. The bathroom was very lux. High end finishes. The beds were comfortable with FULL SIZE pillows. Much appreciated. Am planning on returning soon.

When I checked in, I was told the room I had reserved and prepaid for was unavailable. Instead, I was offered a lesser alternative, and the way it was handled felt dismissive. One of the elevators was out of service the entire stay, which made getting to the fourth floor inconvenient—especially since staff often monopolized the working elevator with large carts, leaving guests waiting. The property itself didn’t feel especially clean or well-kept, more dingy than inviting. For the price charged, the experience fell well short of expectations
