I have been staying here for the past 4 months for work Mon-Thurs. You honestly can't beat the rate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Whenever I had a problem with something in my room (simple maintenance), they got someone up there right away to take care of it. The beds are pretty comfortable (I had a king). The only real issue I had was with the heater/ac, not a deal breaker, but something that should be looked at. Overall, my experience is a good one. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank you to all the staff! P.S. The breakfast is pretty good. Not just coffee and cold food. Each day they do something nice and hot.

The history of this hotel is great. New guests need to be brought up to the real of status of the Red Lion Chain. And the staff are excellent. Prices are best I have seen in years. Staff were great and even called me to let me know that they had lost heat in the part of the hotel where I'd booked a room, so they put me in an alternate (but not as nice) room. However, I was also told that I could get reimbursed for the room cost difference if I worked through Hotels.com. After attempting this and multiple phone calls, even Hotels.com has not gotten a response and I am out the extra money.
