It was spotless. We had a room with a walk-in shower. I was dumbfounded how much water was on the floor in the bathroom. It made the floor slippery. Maybe you should have extra towels to put down or have the floors made slip resistant

Immediately was told that a $50 per room deposit was required that went into effort the day before my reservation. Was supposed to have connecting rooms but was told none were available even though there was hardly any other guests there. One key card from each set didnt work and I also had to help a guest who was having problems with their key as well. The smoke detector was dangling by wires from the ceiling in one room. There was also a missing outlet cover and a microwave that only worked when it wanted. I'm very unhappy with my stay and I am still waiting for my deposits to be refunded. Very unprofessional especially when coming from out of state.

Staff was excellent. Facility has seen its better days. Good for 1 night. I would not stay there again. HVAC sounds like a F-16 taking off throughout the night. Didn't have a shower curtain when we arrived but staff member took care of that. TV wouldn't connect the first night, but staff connected. Football Saturday night no one could get the TV online. Parking lot full in the morning so it still must be making money.

Not so great start

It took 15 minutes just to get in the room. The staff was very apologetic and tried so many different ways to get us in our room. Re-loaded info on card, was trying to change batteries on door lock, jimmy it with a screwdriver... then finally used a lock out device. It was a first, and after that things went smoothly. Only real complaint was the stale musty smell of the room... but at least it did not smell like weed like in the hallway. The place was clean, a bit dated, but cudos on cleanliness.

Very nice and helpful staff. Room was clean but needs the rug replaced. We stayed for about five nights and the staff was great about an extra towel as needed. There was one washer and dryer set and they worked very well. The breakfast was minimal with muffins, coffee, etc. The shower had good pressure but was sporadic with hot/cold water. Lots of parking. Worked fine for our needs

Wishing for more

We were hoping for waffles, or eggs and sausage but it was toast and cereal. Husband thought the bed was good I thought the bed was hard. The room smelled very musty.

Comfy and cozy, all you could need for a stop over

Room was clean and comfortable, AC worked great, employees were wonderful and personable. Breakfast was all you could need for options. Lots of restaurant and shopping options across the street (but not walkable, no sidewalks or crosswalks at the intersection). Would stay here again, worth the price!
