Jackie (reception desk) was wonderful. And the location of the Inn is great … 5 minute walk to Stone Mountain Park Center. But is so sad to see how much the Inn has deteriorated. Our visit was perfect. The hotel room was very spacious. The pool was great. The front desk was having trouble with the computers when we checked in but it did not delay our check in. The staff was friendly. We didn’t need food so I do not know about that part. Overall a very enjoyable stay. We definitely will book here again when in the area.

Lovely old hotel with huge, comfortable, clean (maybe a little dusty) guest rooms. Unfortunately, many areas of the property are in serious need of repair/renovation. Restaurant and pub closed during the pandemic and never reopened. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Seen Its Better Days

My room was not ready when I arrived. Check- in was at 3:00 . The room was not ready until 5:00, no apology was offered . The hotel grounds were poorly kept. The hallways and corridors were dirty.The hotel is dated. The lamps in the room weren't working;however, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I made it through the night, but I wouldn't stay there again. Too old looking and musty.

We would stay there again because it’s such a convenient location to all the activities at Stone Mountain. However, since the last time we were there, the quality of the hotel has declined. We were sad to see that the restaurant is no longer open. Check-in took a while and the rooms could use some updates. This is a great in and a perfect location, so I hope they are able to make some changes to keep it a nice place to stay.

Never again.

I will never stay here again. The staff was awesome. This place is way past needing renovation. The grounds are dirty, rooms are in need of repairs and renovating. Everything as far as amenities were closed. Spider webs everywhere outside, outside breezeways dirty, trash on the ground everywhere. This could be a very nice resort.
