This is a great hotel! The staff is VERY friendly. The location of the hotel is very close to the ocean with options for several restaurants around it. They offered a great breakfast included in the cost, and the rooms were big and clean. A/C, waterfall shower, and a balcony to sit and relax complimented this experience. We will be back!!

We loved the size of the hotel. The location was great and the pool is not big, but sufficient. The staffing was a bit sparce, but luckily we did not need much, so it really did not pose a problem. I will definitely stay here again.It is very close to the heart of San Miguel where you can do the touristy thing or go to the restaurants more visited by the locals.

We had a fantastic stay at the Flamingo Hotel in Cozumel! The staff (Thomas/Oscar/others) were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a charming touch that added to the relaxing island vibe. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the waterfront and inside the Centro area. We only had a single night here at the Flamigo Hotel as we were headed to Tulum the next day, but we were very happy with our stay. We received a free room upgrade and found the room to be very comfortable and nice. Breakfast was included. The hotel was clean and the salt at were all very nice and accommodating. The location is very central to Centro and made walking very easy. We’d happily stay here again on another visit.
