The lady with eyeglass is the so called on Duty Manager in front desk is very very poor attitude, it ruined our good image of our stay in this hotel, Hotel management should take it seriously, otherwise will destroy hotel images. Choeck out on 18th Nov morning.

It was conveniently located new SeaTac airport, and we had no trouble checking in after 2 AM. The room was clean, but there were no complimentary toiletries, and only one bath towel was provided. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. Bottom line, the stay was ok, but I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and we walked about 15 minutes to get there. It was adequate for a night and the restaurant was good. Pillows were my only complaint so bring your own if you don't like large overstuffed pillows.

The parking situation is difficult. Few spaces and no way to turn around. Our room was handicapped equipped and right next to the housekeeping station and elevators so it was super noisy. The hotel is generally just run down and needs some updates. The staff was helpful.

Hotel was old and in need of updating - peeling bathroom wallpaper, broken soap dish in tub (exposing sharp metal edges). MAJOR ISSUE: We had 3 rooms reserved and they said it was only 2. Had to call hotels.com and spend time on the phone waiting on hotels.com to straighten it out. I think the reservation was right, but they had given our room away by mistake. Lots of time wasted.

Hotel is old. Overall dirty feeling in lobby and elevators. Carpet in room seemed dirty. Bathroom not the cleanest. Very basic hotel. Parking lot behind hotel was dark and felt sketchy. Bed was comfortable.

Reserved 3 rooms, and had email confirmation but front desk said we only had 2. Spent an hour on the phone with hotels.com getting it straight. Not friendly staff. Hotel is old and needs updating. Bathroom wallpaper falling off and tub soap dish broken and exposing sharp edges in the tub. Housekeeping vacuum cleaner is the loudest vacuum I've ever heard, along with banging against our wall at 7 am in the room next door. Expected more from Ramada.

Room was very clean. Courtesy shuttle to and from the airport was great and very prompt. Staff made it easy for check-in and knowledgeable about the local area. I'll stay here again.

Shuttle didn’t pick us up at the airport. We kept calling the hotel and told us to keep waiting. After 45 mins we got an Uber to take us to the hotel. We booked this hotel specifically bc of the shuttle from the airport so that was disheartening.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel only half a mile from the airport and the light rail station. The bed was wonderful! Only negative was some road noise, but with the fan on it really wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay again.

It was close to the airport and convenient for a short layover. The prices was reasonable. The floor felt dirty so I wasn’t comfortable not wearing shoes or bare feet. Walls were thin. Someone was throwing up at 0100 am and I could hear it very clearly for about an hour. It was loud and made it uncomfortable.
