The front desk staff was incompetent at check-in. He failed to answer simple questions about whether or not our room was located near the elevator. Then he went to the back to check and was gone for several minutes. I had to go knock on the door where he had entered to get a response from him, even then he’s still not could not give me a valid answer. Also, we asked for a late check out and it was denied.
