The rooms are really old, when we first got to our room it smelled like wet carpet, we only stayed for one night but one night was enough. Breakfast was fine but overall would not stay again.

This hotel needs a refresh. The elavator is yuck, behind the front counter is messy (tape holding down carpet?), bathrooms were gross in the room. Mold on the tile, dirty grout, mold on the ceiling, and the worst part… a small German cockroach in the sink! I let them know and they moved us. But yuck. The other room had bathroom issues too with just not clean looking. I will say the beds were comfortable and clean so I definitely appreciated that. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again though.

I will never stay here again. It took our school group almost two hours to check in because they didn’t want to accept our state tax exempt form….they said it was the responsibility of the third party booking agent to take the taxes off. I’ve traveled with students for 11 years and this is the first time I’ve ever heard of this. Long story…but they also charge me extra (on my personal card) due to a policy in place by the third party. All around an uncalled for, horrible experience.

Pool wasn’t that clean. Staff was amazing and so nice. Overall experience wasn’t that good. Door was broke the whole time we were there even after we told them all weekend and week.

There was no hot water and apparently it was a problem for multiple days before my arrival. I should have been notified of the situation prior to checking in. Unfortunately it was a secret until we attempted to shower. The manager promised a full refund and provided proof by receipt. We will see if and when it is processed.

I always book to Pay at Property and the card on file is Locked for security reasons due to previous fraudulent charges. Once I arrive at hotel, I pay the stay. This was my 2nd time at this hotel and had excellent service last time so decided to stay again. We arrived at hotel past midnight to be told my reservation was cancelled due to declined transaction and time limit was at 3pm. I NEVER received phone calls or emails advising of this. I even received an email at 8ish pm asking to rate my check in. I showed my call log to the personnel showing no missed calls. What I believe is that my room was given to someone else and I was left without a room. Unfornatently there were no more 2 queen bedrooms and I was not going to stay without a room because I had my two daughters with me and it was past midnight. I had to get a more expensive room ($100+ more) for a mistaken that was done on their part. I will not stay at this hotel again.

I prepaid for a hotel room, but the Hotel said that I had not. When I checked my credit card, it was obvious that I had. For whatever reason I had to pay the most expensive hotel than the promised hotels.com charge. A bit of switch. It’s also at that there was no hot water!
