The hotel is a little older and could use a few updates but it's in great condition overall. Most of the staff was great, especially Pierre and Jakeira!! The breakfast was good and had good options, and the evening welcome social was perfect for a snack and glass of wine. We had an issue with our AC so they quickly moved us to another room, which was greatly appreciated. The valet team was pleasant overall, but I am not sure why they needed to move the passenger seat back when there should only usually be one person in the car at a time; but they were quick to get the car for us to use. The location is good, safe to walk around, and there's a Rouse's grocery store and a CVS very close, so that's convenient. Parking is a little pricey but you probably won't find any much cheaper so I would recommend just getting valet.

Great location and staff. AC is strong. Having the pool, full kitchen in room, and breakfast buffet were great conveniences. Pool a little cold in March/April but manageable and still fun. Walkable to street car, many restaurants, grocery store, Bourbon st, aquarium and more. Was worried about city noise disturbing our sleep but it was fine. The room could use a little more furniture (storage, end tables, chairs, and kitchen wares) but we were content all around. Would stay again.
