An amazing value, very spacious & comfortable room with large closet, microwave, small fridge. The staff member at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. I don't think the shower was dirty, its just a little bit older but everything else looked very clean. Could not beat the price and reasonable driving distance to escondido, Temecula, oceanside, etc. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great place for short stays but long term wouldn't suggest it as the bathtub was really dirty and the iron board was broken when we arrived. The patio however was really nice and gave is easy access to the pool and this was the best part. While it wasn't the cleanest place, there are definitely worst places and I didn't have a bad stay overall

The room needed to be better cleaned. Pet hair on the bedspread. We did not have a pet. The bathroom seemed moldy. Very old. Needs some updating.

Room was disgusting. Cracks in the shower. Toilet paper holder broken. Paint (blood?) drops on the floor. Floor is filthy in general. Beds are uncomfortable, they make noise anytime someone rolls over. Overall if I could give it a negative rating I would. Don't waste your time or money.

Floors were not clean. Some portions of walls were spackled and not painted. Cracked toilet seat. Puddles of water on the floor because the fridge decided to defrost on its own. Kitchent and bathroom, let’s just say way too much paint missing. Bathtub was worn to point metal showing underneath. Over all very dirty and rundown. No business should want its customers staying in the state it was in. Room#123.

On our first night we found several small roaches in the room. We also tired to watch tv but it wouldn’t connect to the Wi-Fi even with the correct password that was given to us. The wall outlets were visibility not well maintained, there were several outlets that were loose and we debated whether or not is was safe to plug something in.The second night even more cockroaches were visible and this time larger than the previous night. Not only were they in the restroom but they were crawling all over the room, did not make us feel comfortable taking anything back home.

Not the best but not the worst

Well the run is a nice size however the coffee pot was half full and still had old coffee grounds. A car for a flat tire and parked in our spot on front of the room and they proceeded to argue in the middle of the night and knock on our door at 3am. Needless to say we didn't get a great night sleep. The guy at the front desk was somewhat accommodating but seemed put out helping us.

That you were able to park your vehicle in front of your room and the outdoor furniture to sit in front of your room was a big plus with i felt like i was in country i would recommend to friend and will come back soon

The proprietors were very nice and friendly. The grounds are beautiful with trees and beautiful flowers. Sliding glass door in my room led out to a courtyard with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi there was a table and chairs right outside the patio door where I could sit outside and enjoy the fresh air of Fallbrook, a wonderful little town to visit and enjoy with this little town has to offer.
