Everything we wanted and expected from our Turks and Caicos vacation. Appreciated all the staff, everyone was welcoming and courteous. Loved our room and the kitchen, and the balcony with the ocean view was perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a drink. The food in the beachfront restaurant was pretty good, we tried the breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Also, the shuttle to the Ocean Club West was very convenient to get to the center.

The room was depressing and dated. There was an alarm beeping all night outside our room and the front desk refused to address it. The AC couldn't turn off and we didn't have enough blankets to stay warm. The towels were small and rough. The water pressure dribbled out of the shower. It is more of a motel than a hotel. The beach is fantastic but there was so much wrong with our stay we could not complete our stay here and moved to another hotel.
