Quarto amplo, limpeza ok , piscina ok (gelada poderiam climatizar ) academia poderiam por mais equipamentos híbridos , café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar nas reposições e qualidade de alguns pães , por dois dias tinha pão de forma seco e duro , mensageiros super atenciosos,meninas da limpeza ótimas , pessoal do balcão alguns ok outros nem tanto ( mau humorados ) no geral tudo certo , mas esperava um pouco mais pela categoria !!

A staff perfeita, ofereceu um upgrade de quarto gratuito porque estávamos com um bebê, para termos mais espaço para o berço. O berço ótimo, de verdade, nada daqueles improvisados ou portáteis. Café da manhã impecável como sempre, incluindo alimentação saudável para bebês. Staff novamente superando espectativas, servindo café quente na mesa e quando questionamos sobre a máquina não fazer capuccino, a atendente prontamente foi fazer um para nós.

Um hotel com uma excelente localização, um excelente valor da diária, um café da manhã bacana, atendimento espetacular, mas que peca em coisas: um elevador estava quebrado e com aparência de que não havia pouco tempo disso ou que estava em manutenção. Com isso, somente dois funcionavam para vários hóspedes distribuídos em 15 andares. O ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava direito e fazia um barulho com frequência.
