The room was fine, our itinerary listed free breakfast. Apparently if you don’t book directly through them, you do not get to eat for free. After requesting a manager because obviously at this point, it’s about the principal, he was not available. Please note I have stayed there multiple times and have eaten breakfast there for free. I left a message with the front desk, they kept on saying it’s an error, an error that you haven’t corrected in almost a year. That’s OK there’s plenty of other hotels to go to. I won’t be staying there again!
