Check-In, insbesondere der Mitarbeiter am Empfang, war sehr gut. Dieser Mitsrbeiter hätte definitiv 5 von 5 Sternen verdient. Leider war in dem Zimmer der Vorhang teilweise defekt, das „Schloss“ zum verriegeln des Bads ebenfalls und der Fön war sehr klebrig.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist schön, es ist alles sauber. Wir hatten kurz bedenken das man den Straßenlärm laut hört da unser Zimmer direkt an der Straße lag aber das war gar kein Problem man hat nichts gehört. Das einzige was wir sehr schade fanden war die geringe Frühstücks auswahl, es gab leider keine einzigste warme Speise wir hätten uns zumindestens ein warmes Rührei oder ähnliches gewünscht.

Tresor funktionierte nicht. Kleiderschrank sehr klein, 2 Schubladen, Frage ob das Zimmer gemacht werden soll bei 3 Nächten. Frotteetücher wurden nicht gewechselt, obwohl auf den Boden gelegt Beim Frühstück wurden die Tische nicht gereinigt

Leider das Hotel hat verschiedenen Mängel, wie zum Beispiel Aufzug funktioniert nicht. In der Zimmer leider der Duschkopf abgegangen bei duschen. Leider der Personal war nicht in der Lage es zum Reparieren. Hätte andere Zimmer angeboten. Parkmöglichkeit war auch unsicher auf die Straße. Für 12€ pro Nacht konnte in Tiefgaragen parken.

It’s in the quiet outskirts of Dresden. There’s not much around the immediate vicinity, but there’s a bus stop right at the corner that will get you to city center quickly. I was in town to attend several concerts, and the bathtub was lovely to soak in after being on my feet all day.

Das Hotel liegt in ruhiger Lage. Die Innenstadt ist aber schnell mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt am Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit. Am Frühstücksbüffet gab es nichts auszusetzen. Wir haben uns während unseres kurzen Aufenthalt wohl gefühlt.

Ich hatte mich für meinen zweitägigen Dresden- Aufenthalt für dieses Hotel entschieden, weil in den gezeigten Bildern eine Gartenanlage zu sehen war. Ich hatte mich nicht getäuscht. Das war einer von zwei Highlights des Hotels. Ich konnte mich nach einem stressigen Kulturabenteuer in Dresden (das super Top war) in der kleinen aber feinen grünen Oase entspannen. Wo gibt es das schon? Das zweite Highlight war die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter. Sie waren außerordentlich Aufmerksam und hatten immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht. Ich habe mich dort wohlgefühlt.
