Front desk staff were pleasant. Room was okay, except that we found hairs stuck to the walls of the shower, Ben & Jerry's ice cream in the fridge, and a broken thermostat that would not adjust the temperature. They sent an employee to troubleshoot, but there was nothing he could do on short notice. They offered to switch us to another room, but it was too late and we were almost ready to turn in. That employee offered and promptly brought a box fan, which sufficed. Accommodations were otherwise adequate; it's just frustrating to end a long day in a hotel room that is less than satisfactory.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were disappointed in room as we reserved an accessible room and was surprised by lack of safety bars in bathroom/tub. Furniture and building felt very outdated and worn and surfaces were chipped. Beds and pillows were quite comfortable. We appreciated that there was a box fan in the room to circulate the air. Breakfast was adequate - I found mold on some of the english muffins and tossed them so no one else took them. Would have loved to have had access to good quality Vermont coffee!
