Great room- view of dolphins and ocean. Restaurant staff was friendly but you really have to navigate this if property by yourself and figure it out. pool was great. Would stay again.

Beautiful views, nice rooms, and daily housekeeping were definite positives. The resort was a bit too large and not very stroller-friendly with all the bridges and stairs, and the tram often had long waits. Nui Italian had amazing service and a great atmosphere, but food and extras around the resort were very overpriced. Nice experience, but probably not a place we’d stay again.

The rooms and staff were great! The buildings are getting warn down and the food is very over priced. All restaurants options close very early and there are not to many of them to chose from.
Makai tower has good ocean views and easy access to parking. We loved the lagoon with so many fish!

What stood out most was the setting and the amenities, especially for families. The property is expansive and gives kids a lot of room to explore and enjoy themselves. The natural lagoon was the highlight of our stay. Being able to snorkel right on property, paddle around comfortably, and even spot sea turtles made it a unique and memorable experience. That feature alone created moments the kids will talk about for a long time.
While the rooms felt a bit dated and the service had more of a large resort, chain-style feel rather than a highly personalized experience, the overall space, layout, and lagoon environment balanced that out. The atmosphere works especially well for families who value activities and room to spread out.

The property is stunning and our room was lovely albeit very expensive (ie $1900 Canadian with breakfast). The lua was disappointing as it’s pretty much impossible to make a group of 800 people feel special. We will definitely come back but will be watchful of prices and special events .
