Great place to stay as a tourist. Directly linked to the Shinbashi station, easy access from the Keikyu line from Haneda airport and adjacent Ginza. Breakfast is very good there with a nice city view. Staff is friendly, helpful, and kind. Would gladly stay here again

Great staff and convenient location, WiFi problems

Great staff, good location, and large comfortable rooms. Only problem I had was that the WiFi worked well for my phone, but continually stopped when I was trying to use my new Windows Surface computer. I am guessing that their WiFi is metered and would stop when my computer was trying to sync my files to the cloud.

Comfortable, even if small room (which is typical for Tokyo). Nice breakfast options. Great location by a train station and close to Shinbashi and Ginza with all their food and shopping highlights. The nearby Hamarikyu Gardens are an escape from the city's hustle and bustle, and Tsukiji is within 15 minutes walking distance.

Great Hotel & Convenient Location

We stayed at the hotel for seven nights. The view was great, and the room was always clean. The staff was helpful, as well. The location was great, as it was nice to access the Shimbashi Station from B2 at the hotel instead of dealing with the streets.

Overall this was a great stay in Tokyo. The location of this hotel was fantastic and the staff were very helpful all around. The hotel rooms have been updated but it might have been a while back as there are some things that could use a little sprucing up. The room was quite spacious which was a very nice feature.

Great hotel but room had undesirable odour

Large clean room in a modern hotel in an excellent location for visiting Tokyo. However, the room unfortunately had a faint but persistent odour of sewage that was worsened by flushing the toilet. We had a similar experience in Kyoto so this may be a common issue in Japan. We opted not to complain about it to avoid the hassle of moving rooms.
