There was one staff member that was kind of rude at the front but all other staff was very pleasant and helpful and friendly. The ground outside needed to be cleaned up from what looked like guests that had dropped things. The room was nice, no complaints. The pool was fantastic. Nice and warm as well as clean. I did not use the hot tub so I can’t give an opinion on that. Over all, I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was exceptional. I was acknowledged everytime whenever encountered with any staff. We were greeted upon arrival by the Manager Denise who was amazing. A huge shot out to the breakfast man who set up everything for breakfast he was awesome along Rockland who tookcare of the pool and hot tub. Will definitely go back again.
