This resort was quiet and perfect for our beach getaway. The continental breakfast was great each morning and the full hot breakfast on the weekends was a great surprise. It was easy to take the free shuttle into town so we never moved the car during our 3 day stay. Looking forward to a return visit.

The room was not as clean as it could of been. Checking in was a nightmare. There was no staff on duty when we checked in. The valet had to help us. He was wonderful. There was not enough towels in our room. There was a free breakfast. Which was nice.

Our room was on the right side of the hotel so if we went out on the balcony , we could see the ocean clearly. The staff was great! The parking, although extra, was so helpful because we were in and out of the hotel visiting family and the continental breakfast was a plus! And talk about pluses, being able to walk out on the beach and have a chair AND an umbrella was the best. We were only there for two nights but we loved it!

The hotel room was updated and clean and is situated on a beautiful beach. We enjoyed how it is a smaller hotel and more quaint. The pool was nice but all of the cushions on the outdoor furniture on the patio were dirty. The breakfast was mediocre but we did arrive at it late so maybe that is why. It’s definitely not a luxury hotel but we did enjoy our experience there for what we paid.

First off, either I high standards, or some people giving good reviews for this place have low standards. I’m going to say other people have some pretty low standards (no offense). What a huge disappointment this place was. The pictures online are NOT what you’re getting. Yes, I did not book the room with a balcony or an ocean view, I get it, but I expected at least a clean room that was modern. What I got was a sterile room with dirty floors, windows and zero natural light. A college dorm has more character and is most likely cleaner. The view of the parking lot is what it is, That really didn’t matter anyways, but I would have been nice to at least see through the window. The windows for the entire building are absolutely filthy. I’m sure they haven’t been cleaned in years, The floors throughout the property are pretty gross as well. That was our first impression checking in. The room’s floors were just as bad. We were afraid to touch anything. The bathroom was pretty bad too. The door comes within 1/2” from hitting the front of the toilet. You either have to step in the shower of between the shower and the toilet, just to close the door. The bathroom was that small. Not to mention the sink was tiny as well, making it difficult for 2 people to share. The only redeeming quality for this place was the beach access. But I’m sure you can get that at the 100s of other properties near by. Do yourself a favor, don’t book here, unless the above doesn’t really bother you.

The room we booked was listed as a partial Ocean View which was the only reason why we chose to book here It also stated a Balcony and outdoor space. All was not true the room had ZERO ocean view a window that only opens 3 Inches and NO BALCONY for $656.87 WHY deceive and LIE to people its FRAUD and HOTELS.COM dodent refund they offer a small fraction of the booking price as Keys Cash Totally unacceptable weve booked numerous trips with HOTELS.COM but this will end that relationship since they cant stand behind their services and or at least satisfy the customer. They are the 3rd party booking agent they should delist this HOTELS and eliminate it from their offerings since they lie and deceive guests!! Totally unacceptable but

Nice and clean for our one night stay although there were a few light bulbs that need replacement. Very quiet area along the beach. Nice room and view, no restaurants or bars within walking distance. The elevator is a bit dated but otherwise facilities were well kept.

The location is great if you want quick access to the beach. The rooms are clean and well put together. The continental breakfast is a nice touch. Although the website makes it seem like they have an active restaurant and bar, which they do not. They have signs that say not to bring your own food and drinks to the beach but don’t offer or provide anything as an option. You also have to set up your own chairs and umbrellas on the beach which is different than what we are used to. There was also a lot of trash, plastic bottle caps and partial bags on the beach in front of the hotel that no one was cleaning up. Sadly it was like that all along the beach front including all the other hotels and resorts. We couldn’t help ourselves to not pick some of it up but no staff was actively cleaning it while we were there. Overall it’s a beautiful spot and clean hotel but not a lot of amenities or involved staff.

This review is for the accessible room I was given. The room did not feel clean to me. And it had a little smell. It definitely wasn’t worth what they’re charging. And you have to pay &30 for parking. Plus a 250 refundable deposit which was not mentioned prior. Or $26 nonrefundable. It’s just the money grab.

This is a true self-managed hotel — everything is straightforward and “do it yourself,” which actually works really well here. Check-in is quick, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and you never feel like you’re waiting around for staff. The complimentary breakfast is simple (coffee, pastries, fruit, cereal, and occasionally scrambled eggs), but it’s honestly enough when you’re steps from the beach. Speaking of which… the location is the real winner. Direct beach access, beautiful sand right outside your door, and that classic Florida ocean view — you really can’t beat it. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, great-value beachfront stay without the big-resort crowds and prices, this place is perfect.

Great location. Staff very nice especially valet people and Jeannie at front desk. Room was small and continental breakfast was disappointing. All carbs, although on weekends there was scrambled eggs and sausage. If you make coffee in your room it is a hot water pot and instant coffee.
