The apartment was very nice, clean and the staff was great. Once inside the lobby it was nice, however the entrance to the building is quite run down and the stairs (no elevator to first floor) were dirty and poorly kept. I must say it is a public space for the building, so I assume there is little the company can do about it. I would certainly recommend this place to stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Bellini House! It’s the perfect choice for travelers who prefer hotels over Airbnbs but still want the comforts and flexibility that usually come with a rental. The space is beautifully decorated, with every comfort thoughtfully considered — from quality mattresses and linens to in-room conveniences like a mini fridge, kettle, and a selection of teas and coffee. In the shared lounge area, there’s an even wider assortment of complimentary teas and coffees, including unsweetened soy milk (the good kind!), as well as a toaster, microwave, board games, cozy seating, and a larger fridge stocked with water and sodas (available for purchase). We enjoyed a generous breakfast spread daily with bruschetta, mini sandwiches, cheeses, cold cuts, fruit, cereals, and more. Eggs are made to order however you like, and fresh cappuccinos or espressos are always on offer. The staff were all wonderful, and a special thank-you to Stefania — she was an absolute delight. The location couldn’t have been better: centrally located and easily accessible, with our taxi able to drop us right at the door. I only wish more hotels offered this kind of thoughtful, homey service. It really was the best of both worlds.

Don't think, just book.

This place and all their other properties in Napoli are amazing ! If you are unsure about booking here just do it ! We are very particular about where we stay and we were very satisfied with the accomodations as well as the service. Everyone is kind and willing to help with whatever they can. The breakfast is excellent but dont expect an American breakfast.... youre in Italy :) The bellini is in a lively place where people are outside at the bars all night but they have double doors on the balcony to keep the noise out and shutters for the light. If i were to come back or refer any place to friends it would be one of their properties. Enjoy !

Séjour au top. On a l’impression d’être comme à la maison. Le personnel est vraiment gentil, disponible et serviable. On nous a aidé pour réserver nos billets pour le Vésuve. Également à l’arrivée on prend le temps de nous expliquer tous les points à visiter. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet avec des produits frais et gâteaux fait maison. Aussi jus d’orange pressé! On s’est régalé tous les matins. Et en plus o le prend sur la terrasse/balcon avec vue sur jardin! Nous avions l’appartement avec balcon sur rue. Il y a une double fenêtre donc c’est vraiment calme pour dormir à l’écart de l’agitation permanente de Naples. Nous avons passé 4 nuits et nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Je recommande à 200 %. Encore merci pour tout.

Fabulous, rustic, characterful. Wonderfully located. Breakfast amazing. Worth the money. If you want a characterless, bland luxury hotel. This is not for you. If you want to feel you're in Naples then book!!!!

The rooms were nice and spacious and i love the fact the the kids rooms were on a different level. Staff were very kind and helpful and the balcony view was amazing. And the food was very good and had a lot a variety such as pizza, bruschetta, pre made sandwiches, cold cut meat and veggies to make your own sandwich, big fruit platers,lots of different types of cereal and so much more. We would definitely stay here again if we came to nepoli again.

Les photographies de l’annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité du lieu. J’ai été induit en erreur par des photos bucoliques qui sont en réalité celles de la propriété voisine. Il sàgit d’un ancien grand appartement divisé en chambres. De ce fait les cloisons sont très fines ce qui permet de profiter de l’intimité réciproque des clients. Très bruyants. La seule qualité que je trouve à cet hébergement est sa localisation proche du centre ville et de l’aéroport. Attention trouver une solution de parking raisonnable est une gageure : Le lieu est en ztl.

Great hotel for visiting Naples

A fabulous place to stay. Location is excellent for visiting Naples. In an area with many options for eating from pizza to fine dining. Staff was extra helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was amazing with fresh pastries, an excellent and varied buffet, and the option of freshly cooked eggs. The hotel is in an older building; the hotel itself has lots of charming character. Rooms were good-sized, bathroom was modern and bed was very comfortable. Most of the rooms are off a balcony that overlooks a lovely large garden. Air conditioning was great. Excellent WiFi.

The Bellini House is a true gem in Naples! We had a wonderful stay here. "+" The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming – they made us feel right at home. "+" The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh and tasty options every morning. We really appreciated having a kettle in the room and being able to make tea anytime "+" there's a great coffee machine in the lobby. "+" The interior design is beautiful and cozy, with lots of attention to detail. "+" The location is also perfect – close to everything but still peaceful. "+" The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. "-" The only downside is that there is no elevator, which might be an issue for those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. Still, we would absolutely stay here again!

excellent séjour.

Séjour de 4 nuits exceptionnel. The Bellini House est au coeur de Naples avec le métro à 5 minutes. Chambres au calme ne donnant pas sur la rue mais sur un jardin en contrebas. Le petit déjeuner était fait maison et très copieux .Des jeux et livres sont à disposition, une déco hétéroclite et très originale offrent une expérience exceptionelle. Enfin merci aux filles du Bellini House qui ont été très sympas et toujours à disposition.

Great spot to stay in central Naples. The garden balcony setting is a beautiful oasis in a busy city. The staff are beyond friendly. They even prepared us a to go breakfast for our early checkout. I will definitely stay here on any future trips to the area.
