SUPER DIRTY HOTEL

The worst hotel experience ever. Poop stain on blanket, blood stain on pillow case and period blood stain on THREE body towels. This is not the worst - the first thing to say morning to you is a HUGE COCKROACH running around your bathroom and crawling on your toothbrush It’s totally unacceptable for a Shanghai la. Just book another hotel but not this one.

Hello, Our family recently had a wonderful and comfortable stay at Shangri-La Rasa Sayang, Penang. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at the resort. There is a special message I would like to convey. I have visited many hotels and resorts, but I have never encountered someone who managed the room with such perfection as I did during this stay. I was so impressed with his service that I remember his name. His name is Mr. Monir. He took the time to understand our family’s patterns and preferences and made sure to prepare the room meticulously in advance. In the late afternoon, he visited us to ask if there was anything uncomfortable or if we needed anything. His bright smile and warm expression at that moment were filled with genuine care. Please convey to Mr. Monir that, thanks to him, our family had a truly happy time. If possible, I would appreciate it if the resort management could give him special recognition. As someone who also manages a company and provides customer service, I truly envy your resort for having an employee like Mr. Monir. Thank you, and we look forward to visiting again.
