nice hotel, beds are nice and soft vs the standard rock hard beds you find in most Asian hotels. that's why I came back here so I can get some sleep.........decent location with places to eat nearby. only thing they need is a better gym facility. pool is nice. you can't get into the gym as its so small, and in poor location. they need to work on that. but-we stayed here, went to another part of thailand for a while, came back, and staying here again and extended for a few more days as we like it here and well priced.

The rooms are great - a good size, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Our room was also quiet. The gym is very small and the treadmill didn’t work. The pool area is lovely but needs someone to tend to it to keep it tidy when people leave and to replenish towels. A couple of staff were friendly but, overall, staff could do more to be welcoming and appear to actually care about whether you are enjoying your stay. The location isn’t ideal for the beach. Despite being over the road, there is no crossing so you have to cross two two/three lane busy carriage ways.

I really liked this property. The room was very upscale and I enjoyed the shower. I did try dinner at the property restaurant during my arrival and I liked that too. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in and during my entire stay. Overall, I would stay here again on my future trips to Hua Hin.
