The choice of several indoor and outdoor pools was great for my kids. The view could not be beat from the 15th floor. The condo was awesome! The hotel, IMO, was the very definition of OK - friendly, courteous staff and the property was clean but fairly outdated looking. Overall the rooms were satisfactory but we had 2 big complaints - 1. Initial access was an absolute nightmare as we had to keep walking up / down to the front desk because the 10 digit door codes (x3) did not work and a manager had to physically walk up and override to a 4 digit code as he could not get the 10 digit codes to work either. 2. We had 2 rooms, the HVAC in Room 1406 (Tower 1) was ridiculously loud, annoying when it kicked in - we had it set to a modest 70.
