Good hotel for a brief visit.

Friendly check in agent, OK breakfast, nice bathroom and fairly spacious room too with comfortable bedding. Nice digital fireplace too. Only negative was the location wasn't ideal, we knew this going in, however as the other reviews also mention, it is an uphill walk next to a highway if you're heading to the main city bus stop, so is probably a better hotel for drivers.

Good hotel to stay while visiting New York City. Before booking I contacted the hotel about accessing the city. They said they have a shuttle. They did not say that the shuttle only runs 3 specific times in the morning and 2 specific times in the evening. They also failed to mention that there needs to be 5 people for the shuttle to run.

Property was in “ OK condition “ we stayed here with our children while visiting New York. Prior to booking we made sure the hotel at conjoining rooms due to our kids needing to stay in the other room. Once we checked in, the hotel did not offer this and wanted the 2nd room down the hall from us. We had to upgrade our rooms to get them access from each other but not conjoining. Cocaroach was also seen in bathroom. Other than that hotel was fine.

In the middle of night water was dripping in the bathroom from the top floor tried to call the front desk by the room phone there was no dial tone on the phone. Had to used to use my cell phone to call them to let them know. They asked me to go downstairs at 3:00 in the morning so they can talked to me. Once I got down stairs they wanted Me to change room when my kids was sleeping. I denied it, they advised me to put towels on the floor to sucked the water. That was not pleasant because it messed up my whole day because of lack of sleep.
