Good for a 1 night stay

This is a hotel that is part of a chain. A clean and tidy room that had all the basics, but nothing else. It was quiet when we stayed so no noise issues. Located in an industrial type area with a few chain restaurants which is convenient. For the price it suited us well for a 1bnight stay, but would drive us nuts of it was home for a week.

Modern hotel with 2 large beds in one room for family sharing. Staff friendly & helpful. No kettle or water provided in room. Water bottles sold in reception. Free car parking. Near large supermarket. For us was a little too far to walk into Trouville for shops & restaurants. (30 minutes). Large beach & lots of restaurants in Trouville town.

au 2ème étage la chambre 213 avait une odeur d'urine de chat extrêmement forte et désagréable pour dormir. Dommage le reste était correct. Problème à voir pour les animaux qui sont acceptés. seul bémol pour notre séjour.

Cuando llegamos, nos entregaron la llave de la habitación y nos encontramos con una habitación sin limpiar. Mi esposo bajó y le comentó a la señorita. Su actitud fue como si le estabamos mintiendo, y cuando fue a revisar, solo dijo que nos darían otra habitación. el desayuno estaba delicioso y muy variado la atención de la señorita que nos toco en el desayuno muy amable y agradable, probablemtente si nos hospedariamos ahí nuevamente.

J'ai passé un bon séjour avec mes filles. Se que j'ai pas aimé il ya pas eu de changement de notre draps de lits du coup nous avons passé les trois nuits avec les mêmes draps de lits juste sa que j'ai pas aimé. Sinon tout le reste ca été et un peut de moustique dans la chambre. C'est mon avis que je vous êtes donner merci au équipes d'accueils. Le petit déjeuner super bien.

Bon emplacement de l'hôtel, personnel accueillant. Par contre, le confort ne m'a pas plu et la propreté laissait à désirer. Un nettoyage aurait pu être fait avant notre arrivée, surtout avec un enfants de 3ans. Les équipements de salle de bain pourraient être remis en état aussi.

Excellent service from Henrik at reception who went over and above his role to assist with an issue primarily caused by expedia in fee payment delay.
