I had an issue with check in on their end. The property does not have elevators. Also the room I stayed in was very unmaintained. The bathroom ceiling had rust and mold spots, the window screen was torn open, the tv remote didn't work, there was dirty and something on the walls, the lamps were very dusty, and the bathroom vent didn't work.

Wonderful stay!

The hospitality was above and beyond. Always asking how things were as we passed workers in the halls/waiting room area. They gave us a nice patio room to smoke outside. The pool was perfect temperature and the hot tub was just to our liking. The jets felt amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Needs a little TLC on the outside but the inside doesn't show it.
