This was our second stay at this hotel because we love the location, cleanliness, and comfort. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a nice sitting area, and the bathrooms are clean with good toiletries. We really enjoy the many options available at breakfast and know there will be something for everyone to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The whole property is well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is parking is expensive, but that seems to be the case at all Chicago hotels. Thankfully, it is easy to access public transportation from this location as the Red Line is a 5 minute walk, and there are bus stops nearby.

One night stay for MLB (CSW) game on our stadium tour. Easy walk to CTA station and short ride to the game. Hotel is very nice, clean with super comfortable beds. Only challenge was the parking garage. It is a tight fit in the spots and corners with a small rental SUV (VW Taos) and no room to turn around if spaces are not available. Staff was super friendly and helpful with navigating to the surrounding attractions.
