Had to change rooms 2 times due to small ants all in the rooms on the 3rd floor, as well as tv not working nor phone. So it was hard to contact the desk about my issue without having to go downstairs. Was eventually moved to the 4th and was cleaner, and more comfortable. Pricing was best and overall facility was clean, so I’m not sure why those rooms were infested with Ants.
