We called ahead, to make sure the hot tub & pool were working. My friends & I are all in our 70's. We count on using the hot tub, & were told it was working. We wouldn't have made reservations, if we hadn't been lied to. They kept saying it would be fixed in a couple hours, & never was. We were there Mon- Thurs & got daily lies. I'm sure I talked to the owner & was told to talk to the manager! Halls were cold, bathroom fans are loud, phone #'s (internal) didn't work, & some bathroom repairs looked shoddy!

The door to our room was falling off the hinges and we had to lift it to close it. The tub barely drained during showers and the pull out mattress in the couch was in awhile shape. At breakfast, there were exactly 2 small egg & cheese omelettes and we are a family of 5. There was no front desk person, so I had to call them to ask for more eggs and they never showed up even though they said they were on the way. The pool was fun for the family, but the sauna appeared to have been wiped down with brown paper towel from the bathroom, so there gross brown paper chunks all over the floor and wall in it which made it feel unsanitary. We did appreciate the size of the rooms (family suite with a separate bedroom for the kids). We did not take advantage of the jacuzzi tub. The in room coffee could use a serious upgrade, too.
