It’s my first stay at Extended Stay America and it was fantastic. First of, all the staff were nice and great. Particularly, Jess at the front desk who helped me with the check in and getting kitchen and laundry supplies. The rooms have kitchen, so it felt homely and different from any other rooms I stayed. It’s very clean, quiet, and organized perfect for staying for short or long vacation or work.

Front desk (one experienced person was training another, and only the new person had manners) seemed annoyed that I wanted to know what I was signing. They presented a blank white box with nothing else, and said it was to prove that I was checking in. Not ok. Everyone has the right to know what they sign! Lamp shade was furry and shower had soap scum - it wasn't clean. Breakfast was not very good. Had Fox news on. Very gross. Turn the TV off or to cartoons - how stupid! Will not stay again.
