Staff was rude, not enough towels and No wash rags. Ended up buying stuff to mop with and air freshener because the room smelled like pee. But most of all the smoke detector started going off in our room at midnight. Security came and unplugged it from the wall and placed it on the table. Once he left it started going off non stop. He took to long to come back to the room so I took it to them. Asked if we couldn’t get the FD to make sure it’s not carbon monoxide because I had 6 people that will be sleeping and we wanted to wake up in the morning. They refused. So I called them myself.

It’s right on the beach so the view was great. We had a balcony as well and they had 2 chairs out there. It would have been nice to have had a light out there but it worked out for us. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. It wasn’t the cleanest but it wasn’t the worst I have ever seen. Our deadbolt wouldn’t lock and there was also a big gap at the bottom of the door. It definitely made us nervous. But we rigged it up and we were ok with it. The curtain for the window kept popping off and was super annoying. It has a pool but we didn’t get in. It seemed pretty well kept tho. The one thing I couldn’t stand is the parking lot is shared with Sharkys. Sharkys got busy around 2 until 12. So if you drove somewhere it was pretty impossible to find a parking spot. They do have extra park a block away but it was just inconvenient for us. Then senor’ frogs is on the other side of the hotel. And it was loud until around midnight/1. But you really couldn’t hear it inside the room but on the balcony you could. Overall, I would still recommend and stay here again. It was a great view.

The room wasn't cleaned before we checked in, we found a pair of used swimming shorts under one of the beds. Some sand on the floor as well. My son walked around for 10mins barefoot, and the bottom of his foot was turning black. Definitely could use a good mopping. The TV wasn't working correctly, no channels. The front door wasn't sealed at all. Had a breeze from the outside, could hear every conversation and traffic sounds from inside. The front lobby was closed during check-in and check-out times. Had to walk to the other hotel (Seahaven) just to use the lobby. Beds weren't too bad, very noisy though. Beach view and proximity to the beach we're the only good things about this hotel.

Right on the beach so In regard to proximity, it's excellent but.... There was mold on our light fixtures and the place could use some serious updating.. Very close to Sharky's which was great and the staff was friendly. Parking is terrible so if you find a parking spot try not tomove your car until your stay is over. Overall, the stay wasn't bad..

This was one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. First the room had no hot water whatsoever, we brought this to the attention of staff and nothing was done. Then a water main broke on the 4th floor drenching the entire hotel top to bottom, setting the fire alarm off and causing everyone to leave the hotel. After which the elevator did not work for 4 days causing us to carry all of our belongings down flights of stairs. We checked out early and went someplace else it was so bad. We will never stay here again.
