We had a blast at Hotel Royal! It is clearly an historic building with all the accompanying quirks (like no place to plug in the coffee pot that was in the room), but it was super clean and sits in an absolutely perfect location for enjoying the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was very cute. Rooms were clean and staff is friendly. Was nice to have a ceiling fan in our room. Don’t stay there if you can’t carry your own luggage to your room going up 3/4 flights is stairs. Staff is not willing to help. Cute place but won’t stay there again.

Very charming hotel. Very close to everything But, our room could’ve been cleaner and there’s no elevator. Keep in mind, you have to carry your suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. Staff was very nice.

It’s on the edge of the French Quarter so lots of crazy energy outside - parking is limited but can be found. Inside the place is a crazy maze of stairs and landings and rooms and just a pure joy of being unique and different. It has age to it and=d small spaces but worth it. Staff are great and a shout out to Perry who is awesome. Thanks Man!!! The locked door in getting out can be funky and almost felt trapped for a moment but it finally worked. It New Orleans and need to go with the flow.
