O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas com camas confortáveis. O café da manhã é razoável, algumas coisas estavam estragadas, mas foram prontamente trocadas. Não aconselho ir em período de alta temporada, faz fila pra o café da manhã. Sem falar que os consultores da Lagheto (cotas) abordam o hóspede na entrada do café da manhã. Chega a ser constrangedor. Os funcionários são simpáticos e cordiais. No mais, eu não voltaria por saber que tem hotéis mais confortáveis e com valores parecidos. A localização é bacana, dar pra ir caminhando a pé pra o centro .

A vista é incrível e a localização é ótima a poucos passos do centro de Gramado. Os atendentes e funcionários do suporte (camareiras) foram muito acolhedoras e simpáticas. Porém a estrutura do hotel e acomodação estão envelhecidas, principalmente no primeiro andar. A roupa de cama e toalhas apresentaram manchas amareladas, marcas de maquiagem e tecido bem desgastado. No site o diferencial do quarto era conter uma mini cozinha, com micro-ondas e frigobar, o que no meu entendimento supunha que teria o minimo de utensilhos (pratos, talheres...) mas os armarios estavam completamente vazios e no frigobar continha apenas 2 copos para 4 pessoas. Ao questionar a recepção fomos informados que teriamos que ir até o restaurante buscar os utensílios. No restaurante a noite, apenas um funcionário muito eficiente, mas completamente sobrecarregado para atender a todos, servir as mesas e ainda nos oferecer apoio com os utensílios. Um detalhe, como eram utensílios para 4 pessoas, tivemos que ir os dois adultos buscar os utensílios e deixar nossos filhos autistas no quarto sozinhos. Penso que isso foi totalmente desnecessário, desagradável e constrangedor ter que entrar em um restaurante que serve pratos para pedir utensílios. Precisam rever isso. Antes de pensar em nos hospedar novamente irei confirmar sobre a roupa de cama e banho e os utensílios da cozinha.

Quarto bem espaço e muito limpo, ficamos no 1 andar próximo a academia, piscina e sala de jogos. Ótimo local, porque as crianças aproveitaram. Café da manhã o necessário para uma ótima alimentação com uma vista linda. Funcionários atenciosos, no último dia meu filho passou mal e acabou vomitando. A camareira foi muito atenciosa e simpática ao informa-la da situação. O que me deixou frustrada foi a cobrança do estacionamento que informa que tem manobrista, mas em nenhum momento vi um manobrista. Teve um dia que deixei na rua em frente a uma loja, ao lado do hotel e tiveram a coragem de me dizer que fazia parte do hotel. E tive que pagar essa diária, mas nos outros dias deixei em outro lugar, acho um abuso cobrar estacionamento. Uma empresa grande como eles.

Prós: Localização de fácil acesso. Quarto amplo e bem espaçoso. Bom atendimento da equipe. Piscina limpa e com disponibilidade de 'espaguetes'. Contras: O café da manhã não tem tantas opções. O custo de R$ 35,00 para estacionar sem sequer haver um manobrista a disposição para conforto dos hóspedes. A televisão do quarto não estava configurada, e o funcionário deslocado pela recepção para configurar não sabia fazer a configuração, o que me fez perder tempo como hóspede tendo que pesquisar sobre e concluir sozinho a configuração. A descarga apresentava falhas para reabastecer.
