The hotel is modern and fresh, friendly staff and nice rooms. Bar in reception and free parking. Only 2 miles to broard Street £7 in a taxi. We will book there again.

Staff were really great. No food on site but they recommend places you can order in from and you can eat in the bar area. Clean room with everything you need. Would stay again.

Clean property, bed and bathroom. Lovely breakfast room, modern design and good choice for breakfast. Busy traffic on the main road at the front of the hotel, kept me awake as my room was overlooking the main road!

Very relaxed atmosphere, check in/out was easy, staff were friendly and helpful, the bar was good and accessible in the evenings for a drink before bedtime. Great location for Birmingham and surrounding area, plenty of parking. Well controlled with COVID hand sanitiser available etc. On the whole very good stay.

I had a good stay at the hotel. The only issue I had was on my first morning I had to take a cold shower as there was an issue with the plumbing. I let the reception know when I went out that morning, by the time I got back in the evening the issue had been resolved. I would stay again.

One night break

Apart from a disinterested welcome on arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. For £85 the compact room was more than adequate and in the style of a premier inn. The room hadn’t been hoovered but it was by no means dirty. Overall a pretty decent hotel not far from the city centre. Continental breakfast was very nice with lots of choice.

Not that impressed, sorry!

Staff were very nice. Room was a bit tired, needed a much deeper cleaning. Food was ok. Noise from extractor fan in the above room kept me awake most of the night.

Enjoyed my stay, recieved an email in the morning to inform me about an event which would mean noise and limited parking. The noise stopped when they said it would. When I arrived there was no parking but they found a space for me. Very pleased with this stay and the helpful staff.

I would not have stayed here if I had known there was no food available diner time or evenings and there was no hot breakfast just continental. Also only bottled beer at the bar so quite expensive for a pint . The place apart from that was good enough.

The room was really small and on a main road. The traffic was loud all Night. The hotel was clean, I had noisy “neighbours “ and had a competition the following morning so would have benefited from a room away from the road.
