6/10 Okay

Great location, super helpful and friendly staff. It's easy to walk around from there, and definitely recommend the roof top bar for some amazing views of the city. The building itself is a little dated, but well maintained. It was perfect for our one night of exploring Naples.

It’s an unbelievably wonderful property . It used to be a monastery and the property has been restored beautifully, keeping the architectural details and maintaining the integrity of the property. The rooftop has spectacular views .

Great place, great location, nice views and good roof top. Really cool hotel, and the vibes were immaculate.
Majed, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Nice property with great staff good. The view cannot be beat. Good AC. Pool vibe is wonderful. Breakfast was good. Common areas could use freshening. Location is inconvenient to shops, restaurants, etc. Mattress was extremely uncomfortable.
Michelle, 3-night trip

8/10 Good

I would recommend this hotel, however we experienced a few minor disappointments. Bathroom drain was clogged and toilet button for flushing not operating properly. The pool area is VERY nice and not crowded. However it closes at 17:00 which limits how much you can enjoy it. Hense 4 not 5 stars.

We stayed three nights to attend a wedding. The church was just a few feet away and the reception was held at the hotel. It was a lovely stay with amazing views. We were able to see much of Naples either by walking or taxi.

Steven, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Pool grotto was broken and poor clothes very early. The mobile part of their website was very difficult to use in order to find restaurants and menus on premises. The property was beautiful, and the staff was very helpful
Seth, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Perched high above the busy Napoletana streets it’s a gorgeous view of busy life below both on land and the sea. Our favorite aspect was the terrace for drinks with always attentive and courteous service. Had a lovely sunset dinner as well (a big shout out to the super-sweet Stefani who also worked the breakfast area where you can order espresso drinks!). Checkout Floor 3 for the artwork and historical context (is a converted monastery). Located where you can easily access the cable car up the mountain to the castle or down to Toledo Street’s busy shopping. Highly recommend.
Robert, 2-night trip

6/10 Okay

This was a really old hotel which we normally like and is beautiful. However the bed was very hard, the AC barely worked and had zero hot water the next morning before we flew out. I mentioned to the clerk at checkout but he seems unfazed and didn’t speak English. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel.

10/10 Excellent

Honestly we fell in love with this hotel. So much to explore with art and hidden corners and history. We dined in both nights and it was extraordinary. Giuseppe and his team took great care of. I highly recommend the Chateaubriand.
Nancy, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Naples the city itself is an actual dump! That said this is the nicest hotel and I believe it. Rooms were just ok. Bathrooms were nice. Staff was hit and miss with most being rude just as the rest of the people in the city are. The staff just stared at us and talked about us as we struggled to get our luggage up and down the steps. The pool looks amazing in the pics but is actually just subpar. They must’ve had a professional photographer. The views from the hotel are great.
Keanlynn, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Wonderful old world building in great location. Walking up and down the hills is great exercise. Loved the funiculars that give you access to old town Naples!
