Be aware they have rooms without AC, they gave us a fan only room. We were supposed to get a Junior suite and it was nothing like the picture. Not enough towels for the three guests, small beds, close to the reception so the noise early in the morning was not fun at all. Property is nice, cold water pool was been clean so we couldn’t use it for day and a half. Good food, decent drinks prices.

Beautiful setting!

Our family of 5 had a great stay! Staff was very friendly, breakfast included was delicious and fresh, and the location and setting is stunning! The hot-spring pool is open 24 hours and the property has multiple pools, a sauna and a beautiful hike through the gorgeous grounds with a waterfall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was great, weather and climate were a bummer. Very friendly, helpful, wonderful customer service. Was always a pleasure. One night the pool by the suana was boiling hot but the next day it was regulated temperature. Highly recommended. Advise to add a souvenir gift shop and tour guide for transportation.
