We had a good time. The staff was kind and helpful. Safe parking, clean rooms and breakfast was delicious, kitchen gave a great service.

The location worked out well for us, but right on Rue Decarie along the busy, 'sunken' Decarie Expressway. Our room (accessible) was huge and very comfortable with king bed and sofa. The parking was $10 per night but very limited (only about 20 spots, first come first served.) Good busses, the subway was about a 15 minute walk away. Breakfast was included and decent.

Easy to get to from the highway. Check in was easy.

Room was nice and clean. Front desk was helpful. There was no parking in the hotel when we came back from dinner. We parked in the side street two blocks away from the hotel. We were told ahead of time that parking was limited. We didn’t bother to have breakfast in the hotel- there was not much selection.

The room was clean. Breakfast was included for us and was good. We where able to park and use the ev charger even though we observed in the morning that the hotel parking was 100% full.

Parking was a small challenge especially if you do a late checkin in or you have to go out late in the evening. Its also little unclear whether its included in reservation charges. Overall breakfast was good and a descent hotel.

The front desk staff was helpful although check in was slow. Clean room and spacious . Microwave was added into our room after we said something although it was stated on our reservation that it was included. Asked for additional pillows also. Breakfast was okay. Overall rating of 7.

Verified review

8/10 Very good

It was a nice place to stay, quiet, free from smoking. 15 minutes away from downtown by car. The rooms were kept clean . The amenities were outdated. Other hotels offer a pack lunch for people who step out early to excursions. No many Places to eat, 5 to 10 minutes walking distance to a restaurant 20 mins to a mall.

8/10 Very good

I had a very pleasant stay at the property. The front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a superb stay. A small note for management: the breakfast buffet was quite good; however, around 9:30 AM, some items were no longer available and were not restocked. I was informed that it was because I arrived late, although breakfast service was scheduled until 10:00 AM. It would be appreciated if items could be replenished consistently until the stated closing time. Thank you once again for an otherwise wonderful experience.

Everything was good! Room was clean beds were comfy only thing is parking. They charged $11.50 for parking per night and at nights parking was full people parked their cars in the middle just enough space to bring the car in and then out again. When I asked staff about parking I had to go park the car in another hotel pay there and ask for refund from them. This was all late night at 2 by the time i went to other hotel came back it was 3:30am. Staff should've at least apologized. But other than that it is a good stay

6/10 Good

Very noisy place (by the highway). The curtains are not great so the room gets very bright in the morning. But only a 10-minute walk from the subway station, which is convenient. The beds and shower are good. The room is clean. The corridors look old.

The toilet took so much time to fill and make a lot of noise. The parking lot was ok. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
A king bed

8/10 Very good

The bed was very comfortable, but I wish I had a full pillow, rather than just a cousin to share the bed with. The staff was very nice, and we got a breakfast to go because are flight was at 6:00 am, and the breakfast was very good. The pool is small, but the water is hot, so we really enjoyed.
