Clean and comfortable. Starbucks and Chipotle across the parking lot. Very convenient. Very nice staff.

6/10 Good

Good sized room but didn’t clean the next day and breakfast was non existent.

DO NOT STAY HERE. Bugs. Dead mouse in lobby. Overflowing toilets! All in one stay.
Karen, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

Stained carpets, holes in blanket, dirt under the bathroom cabinet. Corridor reeked of raw onions, mattress worn out.

We traveled, and apparently there was a glitch in the system in the entire hotel was booked up. I was less standing at the desk for a very long time, my staff was nice at least, but honestly, it didn’t seem like the cleanest space just in the lobby, so it may be a blessing in disguise that we weren’t able to stay.

I booked this hotel because it said it was 3 stars and rated 8.4 by guests. We got there and the signs were all covered up. I thought they had closed. The building was run down. Our room was dirty. The door to the balcony was broken. I don’t believe there was an elevator. The young lady that checked us in announced our room number, which generally is not said aloud for safety reasons. Lucas was helpful. There were no bugs. Other than that, there were no other positives. Especially for $280/night.
Kimberly, 2-night trip

This hotel is disgusting. Pictures on-line are fraudulent. Pics labeled as exterior show other local inns. This is not an inn- it is a motel. Rooms smell and have bugs. We could not stay- left immediately after seeing the rooms. Went to another nearby hotel and were advised that people come in all the time looking for a new place as they could not stay in the "Inn at Historic Concord".

Really bad experience. The photos are not even close to the real situation. It is noisy inside the room and everything is absolutely run down. But worst was the scam of charging my card twice even though I had already complained during check-out. I have sent emails afterwards and tried to call but never received any response. Better to be avoided!!!

Beware that the hotel rating reflects guest experiences prior to the hotel being used as a shelter. We were planning to stay for 7 nights but had to check out within hours due to the conditions of the room and hotel, which clearly has been damaged over the past couple of years. We asked for another, cleaner room, and when we were offered one, we learned there were “squatters” living in it. The hotel needs a major renovation and it certainly does not provide a comfortable or safe travel experience - the rating and marketing is misleading. The front desk staff were nice and kind, as well as understanding when we asked to check out early and requested a refund.

2/10 Poor

Terrible customer service (one lone girl at the desk, who asked for my ID and then continued to make me wait forever while she continued her non-business related convo in a foreign language on the phone). Couldn't understand English well enough to even tell me what the check out process was when I asked. Then I got to the dismal 70-ish era room, only to find the small tv had a smashed screen, a flyer with carbon monoxide warnings was the most prominent feature, and a big spider was in the bathroom. When I asked for another room or a TV that worked, I had to deal with the same young lady, who said she could do nothing and couldn't even call me back because the phones "don't work". I asked if I could check out and get a refund and she said yes, that she would talk to her manager tomorrow (I booked only 1 night). I have no idea if she even did. So far, they just took my money and I didn't even stay 5 minutes in that room.

Great value, and friendly service

The location is great, the beds are comfy, the service was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was just right. The bathrooms in our rooms were a little vintage. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints.

The property is very clean with a nice full breakfast. However the staff if not so quick to respond to needs. I asked that my room be cleaned and called twice, they didn’t answer the phone at 9 am. The result was getting a 30$ credit in my stay. Otherwise it’s convenient and clean.

When my sons checked in the woman at the desk told him there were only smoking rooms available even though the sign behind her said no smoking rooms. He eventually got a room but they told him they could not find the hotels.com reservation and took a large security deposit. In the morning they told him he would not be double charged. Several days later the security deposit was charged to his account. Hotel.com called for us twice trying to resolve this issue. The first time we were told the hotel found the reservation and would be returning our deposit . The second time, after not receiving our money and again being told they could not find the reservation ,hotels.com said there was a language issue and we would hear back from a higher level employee in 24 hours. It has now been nearly another week. I hate writing negative reviews but I fear this issue is not going to be fixed .

I will be asking for a refund. Place is smelly, dirty, unsafe with broken glass everywhere. Staff doesn’t care. It is a best western. Terrible part from hotels. Com

I did not stay at this hotel! the hotel was overbooked! The stated they would refund my reservation, and have not done so. The refund receipt they provided was a receipt of stay. I only noticed after reviewing it the next day. The hotel was run down and dumpy in appearance. I would never stay there knowing what I know now.

The location was very close to where I was attending a wedding. We ended up cutting our trip short and didnt actually stay the full night. But we wanted to get on the road, so we just used it as a rest/stop over area.
Logan, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

When we went to check in we were told they didn’t have any rooms available for us even though we had confirmation of a booking. They did offer a refund (which ended up being moot because we hadn’t prepaid) and didn’t offer to help us find another place to stay. They just told us to call Hotels.com and that the last people had done that. When Hotels.com tried to get a hold of them they didn’t answer. Their front desk guy was just on his personal phone the whole time. It was a joke. It was also 9 pm and we had to scramble to find somewhere else to stay that night. Luckily the Hotels.com manager we talked to offered to cover some of the cost of a new room, which was helpful because a last minute room somewhere else ended up costing more than triple what we had expected to pay here. It was all a mess and an overall very frustrating experience. 0 stars.

I paid for a two queen bedroom. I got there they couldn’t give me that they gave me one queen and I had to share it with my girls. That is not OK.
Joey, 1-night trip

Staff couldnt even give us a room as they were operating at half capacity.
